Ingredients:
1 kilo bean sprouts (toge)
cabbage, sliced thinly
1 small carrot, sliced thinly
1/2 kilo bagiuo beans, sliced thinly
shrimps
tokwa ,cut into cubes
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
sugar
Procedures:
In a wok, saute garlic and onions.
Add the baguio beans, and carrots,cabbage. Seasoned with salt and pepper and stir for about a minute. Fry the tokwa in another pan. Add in cooking vegetables and add the shrimps. Add a pinch of sugar.
Lastly combine the bean sprouts in the wok. Saute for 10minutes...Serve with rice... Enjoy! :)
