Buttered Vegetable

A healthy all- vegetable dish...
Quick and easy side dish to prepare.




Ingredients:
garlic
onion
1 medium cauliflower, sliced
1 medium broccoli, sliced
3 medium carrots, cubed
cabbage/pechay
corn (boiled and cut into 2)
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
Wash all the vegetables.
In a wok, saute garlic and onion. Add all the vegetables and saute for about 5 minutes. Add butter until it melts , add salt and pepper then turn off heat.
Add corn in plating the dish. Enjoy! :)
