Corned Beef for Breakfast :)

Can't think of anything to cook for breakfast... i just grabbed the corned beef from the cabinet... opened the fridge... grabbed the potato and chicharo... and that's it! sauteed in onion, garlic and tomato...

Inihaw na Tilapia

This is one of the simplest Filipino fish dishes you can make...

Ingredients:
 1 fresh tilapia, trimmed and cleaned (gutted)
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
salt to taste


Procedure:
Mix garlic, ginger if using, onions, tomatoes, salt in a small bowl. Carefully insert this mixture into fish cavity and into each cut/slash you’ve made. Wrap the whole fish in banana leaves or foil and cook on the grill for about 20 minutes or just until cooked through and fish is fragrant.
