Ingredients:
2-3 medium Tilapia fish
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 thumb size ginger chopped
1 can or more coconut milk
2 Siling haba
Malunggay leaves
2 tbsp. fish sauce
squash(optional)
Procedure:
In a big pan, Pour the coconut milk. Add garlic, onion, and ginger. Add 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil.
After a boil, add tilapia fish and siling haba,and the squash. Season with fish sauce...
After couple of minutes, flip off the tilapia to other side. Simmer for another few minutes until both sides are cooked.
